What happens when a real estate industry is suffering? Property prices fall down, making it important for those who have spare cash to capitalize on these crashes.

At Atlanta, a group of small foreign firms and investors are doing just that. By purchasing distressed properties, while not exactly trophy towers, they spur and excite a long-dormant real estate market such as Atlanta's.
