Well our product ( which is forex fund management ) is quite similar and familiar. However, the way we do our work is very different. Is next-consulting still trading?I believe their managed fund program was brokered through FXLQ (Forex Liquidity) who currently have had their assets frozen by the CFTC, (including customer funds), in light of alleged anomalies in their capitalization claims. The case against FXLQ has been adjourned until Jan 28.
The reason I ask about next-consulting, is that I was interested in starting up a managed account with them, but they haven't returned any of my emails.
I hope the mess with FXLQ works out for them and all the other clients possibly affected by this.
Cheers...
