For property owners who self finance, we providing cash now for future real estate payments.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Interest in operating my own personal business.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Five year ago. An on-line Pharmacy.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Name in line with what is offered. Investing in notes on a national basis.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Great Question. Sites may be alike, but the services are the important difference.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To operate this business for the long-term.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It has been great. There are a lot of real estate investors out there looking for the right deal. The time is now.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would mass advertise on all major and all mid-major markets initially, and certainly on all web-adverts.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Hire additional assistance, and perhaps offer affiliate businesses.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None, unexpected.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting started, marketing, and business development.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Web advertising.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

A lot of time at the computer. I've bought glasses for the first time.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I have been up and running for a year and will continue because I have placed the business in a position to operate on minimal expense.
