How Will Anchorage Stand in 2009?

People know and know very much about how the present crisis wreaked havoc to the general real estate industry. What we would like to know about is the state of the crisis at the end of the year and how will it stand on 2009.
For Anchorage, Alaska, the future seems to be a bit brighter than that of the rest of the US. Property prices remained flat, and foreclosures are not that bad. It's even getting better.
