Markins Investments (Pty) Ltd is a group of company dully registered in the Kingdom of Swaziland with sub-divisions, the Travels & Tours Agency, Training Institute, NGO and many other investments.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I realize the world needs my unbeatable and satisfactory services and website is the best and easiest medium to make them see what I've got.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This year 2008 and it's www.markinsinvestments.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Just decided on a website to suit my company name-Markins Investments

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Because it's full of information the world may need and it's simply, not complicated.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To keep it for income and other profitable reasons

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

To the glory of God, all is working well and good towards my success, though it wasn't soo easy at first.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

My Publicity Manager will be best to relate an answer to that question.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Many...many...that's what makes someone a Successful Businessman, don't ask me what and how?

What has been your biggest challenge?

Competitors but we're still scalling through...we still on top.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Registering the website with the Google body.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Nothing different, just as I planned it.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

For about a year now and I don't think of signing off my website for life since my Business is expected to be in existence for lifetime, generations to generations.

What will you advise the upcoming Business person?
